I was very happy to try the “Braised Veggie Beef Noodle Soup” made by Neo Foods!
Recently, the vegetarian food products are becoming more and more delicious and it is not as same as before, so I am looking forward to it!
It is also very convenient to eat. After thaw it out, you can soak it in hot water, microwave it, or steam it to heat up it. Just boil the noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes. The soup tastes a little spicy. Unless you specifically say it is vegetarian, you would not think it was vegetarian at all! It is just an ordinary beef soup. I like the texture of the dough and it is very chewy and chewy! The plant-based meat does not have a strong vegetarian meat taste. Not dry but with a slight mushroom smell. Overall very delicious and will make me want to repurchase! It shows the innovation and diversity of plant-based meals while maintaining delicious taste and texture.
Eating less meat has become a current trend, and it can even be said to be one of the ways to pursue fashion trends. I think being kind to the earth and the environment is a behavior that can be encouraged. So I haven’t bought it yet.
Preparation for tasting is very simple.

The noodles are quickly cooked in boiling water. The noodles are wavy edged noodles, and they are still super elastic and delicious after cooking.
The soup is also amazing. It has a rich braised beef noodle flavor right out of the microwave.
It actually tastes very rich and mellow.
It has a slight spiciness from white pepper, which is just right.

It is definitely the new favorite of vegetarians and solves the problem of vegetarians. If you want to eat beef, the soup of this product is really like the beef soup sold outside for beef noodles. It is super rich and delicious. The noodles are also very elastic and will not become soggy due to being soaked for too long and then becoming soft and rotten. It is full of vegetarian beef. The portion is just right for one person that is worthy to recommend to friends in need.
I use a gas stove to cook it. It’s easy to cook and doesn’t take too long. It’s very convenient. The vegetarian beef is tender and easy to eat and has the taste of beef, and the noodles are chewy and delicious. The soup is not too salty and tasty. If you don’t like spicy food, you can add a bowl of water, which will not affect the taste of the soup. I added vegetables and boiled eggs to double the nutrition of the vegetarian beef noodles. I want to try adding tomatoes next time, I think it should be delicious too. In short, this delicious prepared frozen food is not only suitable for vegetarians, but it is also suitable for meat eaters.

At first, when I opened the package, I saw that the meat, noodles, and soup were packaged separately. I thought it was very special. I thought that the meat and soup would be made together into a conditioning package, but I didn’t expect that like those sold outside, the meat and noodles would need to be heated and blanched separately, so during the heating and cooking process, it feels like you are making your own beef noodles~
When I first tasted the texture and taste of the meat, I thought it was very delicious and not burdensome at all. After checking it out, I found out that it was made from plant-based meat.
